My story Tears for the River God was nominated by Grey Sparrow Journal for a Pushcart prize. I'd like to thank both Diane Smith (the founder of the journal) and Sue Haigh the fiction editor for that edition.

I've written for many years and see this as a way to both get what I write to the world wide web at large and to encourage myself to write on a regular basis. Besides, it hopefully keeps me out of trouble like bidding on E-Bay for things I don't really need or want. Thanks for having a look and I encourage comments on any items here. It's nice just to be nominated and I think there are thousands of nominations for inclusion in what amounts to a very small book.
